We have performed conversions to our system of existing blocks of business from the Life 70 System, Equity Plus system and many other “home grown” systems and have considerable experience with developing and implementing a new product or program from the beginning.

Our administration system consists of three general functions; New Business, Customer Service, and Financial / Management Reporting.

All information with regard to eligible participants, applicants, and participants is kept in the strictest confidence. Our New Business and Customer Service representatives ask “gatekeeper” questions before discussing any particular coverage information on the telephone. Gibraltar policy requires the shredding of ANY document containing personal information (regardless of materiality) of any of our clients.
