Customer Service Representative
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We have an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative:
- 1 – 3 years of working experience with Universal
Life, Group Life, or Long-Term Disability insurance.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Candidates will have a working knowledge of MS-Word,
Excel, and Access. Experience with contact management software
is desirable; not required
RESPONSIBILITY
Our Customer Service Representatives provide telephone and administrative
support to the policyholders we service in a professional, efficient,
and effective manner.
Working collaboratively with insureds, agents, and
home office staff, Customer Service ensures the needs of our clients
and our clients customers are met to the satisfaction of all concerned.
