Gibraltar, a privately held Texas corporation, has over 25 years of voluntary insurance industry administration experience and we specialize in the payroll deduction market. Our in-house developed systems are flexible enough to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of insurance carriers and their clients. We can provide full administration or customized limited administration – you can “pick and choose” from our service menu.

Specializing in the payroll deduction market, we have overcome the single greatest hurdle that faces insurance carriers/clients in this market: billing and reconciliation of a monthly premium on a non-monthly frequency. Most traditional administration systems are built to accept a monthly premium and are unable to effectively process a non-monthly premium payment. Our billing, remittance, and reconciliation system can bill, collect, and reconcile monthly premiums based on any payroll frequency in use by employers.

We manage direct billing, collection, and reconciliation processing whether it be for employees moving in and out of payroll, terminating employment, converting to individual, or any other change in employee status.
